So our flight arrived like 5 hours late, in the wee hours of the AM. With a drive from JFK to LI, I was afraid that they'd just forget about us. Well, guess what... They did not! LI Elite Limo service picked us up and drove us out to Port Jeff at 2:30am. Wow. I cannot say enough good here. Totally RELIABLE! I will use them again, no questions. Driver was great. Paid cash. Needed a ride for 12 people to and from airport and Long Island Elite Limo's was wonderful. We received word at 3:15am same day as our return flight that our plane was going to be delayed making us all miss our connecting flight, had to fly to another airport and I was so happy to hear that it was not a problem to pick us up at another airport last minute.

I spoke to Charlie the other day to get pricing and then called him back. He kept his original quote. The pick up was for my father was from LaGuardia Airport, to a doctor appt and wait for 30/40 min and then drive him to his final destination. Charlie was fabulous, he shifted drivers to selected a driver that he felt would be best with my elderly father who is in his 80s. Additionally I received the cell phone number of the driver Alan prior so that I was able to give him information. The driver was fabulous. He texted me to let me know when the flight arrived, that he was in the car. arrived

Elite was quick to respond and allowed me to book a sprinter last minute for a birthday trip to breweries/wineries! Our driver was friendly and helpful. He put up with 14 of us who had been drinking for hours and made sure to get us where we needed to be and make our trip extremely fun. The sprinter was clean and beautiful. The driver came prepared with ice and waters and helped us set up Bluetooth to control the music. He stopped along the way between places for us to pick up more drinks and used a bathroom. I arranged for a van pick up for my family to my brothers wedding at the Miller Beach Surf Club. I had initially called to arrange the transaction and spoke with Charlie. We had an initial snafu which Charlie quickly remedied and everything went as smooth as silk. I was sent an email of the total cost and exactly what would go down the day of the event.
Our driver Malcolm showed up promptly at my house introduced himself and we had small talk as we proceeded on to pick up the rest of the family in succession. Malcolm had 4 pick up points and did so without any problems following the directions
