Choosing the right tennis racquet is not easy and we don't want you to go wrong with this decision. This is why we've created our Racquet Demo Program. At checkout pay a flat fee of $10 for 1 racquet or $18 for 2 or more racquets to cover shipping expenses. A valid credit card is required. No Paypal, Amazon or Tennis Plaza Gift Cards are accepted for demo racquet orders.

I let a racket to string it . i called first to check store hours . it was a record saying that they were open until eight. i got there 5 05 the store was closed at 5. i talked to the guy , who knew me, and he didn't want to open the door so i could get my racket. i asked him if i would have to drive back next day about a 1 hour , he said yes and even said he was sorry. Bad customer service . Today i got the racket and they still being rude with me .

Great customer service - shout out to Carolina especially. I had initially been told that a particular type of tennis ball was out of stock. I was in the process of buying another (more expensive) kind when Carolina, who was helping another customer but who overheard my question, took the initiative to go in the back to look, and then emerged with the tennis balls I wanted. Bought 15 cans! Thanks Carolina!

This store has a few good points.
Nice clean equipment and environment.
Staff is friendly and professional to a point. They have plenty of tennis rackets, gear and apparel on display.
The strong point about this store is that they give demo tennis rackets at no charge for you to try out for 3 days. That is awesome. No tennis shop in Orlando does that.
My experience with the staff was that they were super prompt with every request that I made regarding any technical issue and help that I needed. Nobody can beat them on that aspect in the Orlando area.
My only grouse so far against this shop

Horrible service, getting worse each year, especially with the new staff. The staff is lazy and you have to ask a LOT to receive an "meh" service, it seems that the staff is making YOU a favor to sell you stuff. Maybe if you speak Spanish they will treat you better. If you are JUST looking for prices maybe is a good store for you.

Good place to find your tennis goods, but their customer service is not good, they couldnt answer my questions or help me, I went there because it's a place that supposedly will help you get a good racket that will be the best fit for you, but instead the sales person couldn't answer my questions and the attitude was helpful at all. fnext time I'll just make the research my self and either buy through amazon or go to dicks. Ask about warranty questions the sale person said "I don't know".

When the store Tennis Plaza comes to mind all I can think is; AMAZING. This store has an extraordinarily hardworking staff. They are knowledgeable about their products and don't try to up sell you which can be frustrating. The employees are also so patient and willing to work with you to ensure that before you leave the store you are happy with your purchase. One of my favorite things about this store is that I can get my rackets strung in a pretty reasonable time. This place is great ! We felt like everyone was really nice , went the extra step to make sure we got everything we needed and with a smile ! I'm just getting my feet wet with tennis but my bf agreed that Frank was very knowledgeable , helpful and made us feel like why go anywhere else when they have good inventory and amazing staff!

Great shop! Helpful and efficient staff greeted me and regripped my tennis racquet in about 10 minutes for $10. I couldn't help being enticed by their clothing selection and bought some tennis shorts too. Top quality brands (Stella McCartney for Adidas, yes!) at prices competitive to online retailers. I was told their clothes and shoes are always marked down at least 20%. Will definitely return.

This place is great! Quick service, and friendly staff. I am both a player as well as a coach and the supplies they have are up to par with any other tennis store out there. The prices are very reasonable as well and relatively average to what you see on websites and other stores.
This establishment has 2 stringing machines as well that are used for both racquet ball as well as tennis. The staff is dedicated at their work and the wait time for a racquet to be strung is usually no more than a few hours. The staff also reapplies new grips as well for a low fee.

Came to tennis plaza on a Saturday afternoon and was a little nervous since I'm a novice in the tennis world. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and helped by Rodrigo. I explained that I was a beginner and he went through some of the rackets that would work best for me and why. I love my new racket!
Once in the store I noticed they had alot of great dri-fit clothes and hats all at a discount. Wow this is my lucky day. I bought a really cute tennis skirt and a Nike hat. Now I can't wait to get out there and hit some balls!

This place is among three of the top heavy weights in the south florida area when it comes to tennis shops. It just so happens to be the giant among the trio, taking on huge accounts and even setting up a shop tent when the sony ericsson open comes around in spring to crandon park. That i'm sure isn't cheap or easy to land. I suppose the feel for small shop advice is lacking a bit, but this isn't to say they aren't helpful, they are extremely helpful, but sometimes this place gets really busy and you just have to wait a retail minute for some help. Doh! That's all I can say because I can't believe I missed out on getting the FTR. I've been coming here for over a year with the fiancee, and every time we leave I always think how I need to write the review. We were most recently here at the end of October. Oh well, you snooze, you lose.
I don't personally play Tennis or Racquetball, but my other half couldn't live life without his racquetball. The guys at the store are extremely knowledgeable and all play the sports themselves, which is helpful when seeking out experienced advice/recommendations
