Above and beyond!! They walked us through all the steps and were quick to respond. They also connected us with dependable local people to modify the property for move-in. Not only were Eric and Jessica with us (buyers) every step of the way, but also helped the seller and supported her at the closing because her realtor didn't communicate, explain, or even show up. Just good, kind, compassionate, knowledgeable people the whole way!!!
