First off, I never leave a review but this time is different because of the excellent service I received from Trevor, Kent, and Don and their crews. I had extensive concrete work done as well as a new deck built, and additional landscaping. I can not stress how happy I am with how it all turned out as well as the flexibility to add some additional work while the crews were here.

Derecho left us, like many, with damages to our home, inside and out. It was difficult to find a trustworthy contractor. I heard about T.E.A.M. Builders from a co-worker and contacted them right away after looking at their Facebook page. Kim was really sweet! She emailed me information, let me know what was required from me, and scheduled a meeting. John came to our home to assess the damages, got us an estimate, and worked with our insurance company to get things squared away so we could get started on repairs.

They have done other smaller jobs for us in the past and they were timely. We had our basement remodeled end of dec-march 2021. Their direct staff that did the framing were great. We were disappointed by their subcontractors. First off while priming the wall they got paint splattered on our pocket door at the top of the stairs, when they put dry wall up the screws are too long and poke out inside the frame on unfinished side of utility. They had to reorder the doors after they were chopped off at the wrong height.They initially did not cut a whole for the ac return, and then had to repair a hole

Team Builders Limited is a great company! They have worked on several projects for me in the last couple years. The last project they did was my own spa! We had an overhang put on our deck. This involved tying into the existing roofline. It didn't seem terribly easy, but they tied it into the roofline exactly as we wanted with no real issues. They worked with the Cedar Falls inspection group to make sure all of their needs were met. It looks great, and the quality has held up for over a year now!

Living in Cedar Rapids after the Derecho left a majority of us with damage to our home! Ours included. Fortunately, we were able to wait until spring to have the damage fixed.
After contacting T.E.A.M Builders, I was pleasantly surprised at their quick response! First via Zoom we discussed my needs. Then, they came to my home to review the needs and show me options of materials available to use. The quote ended up being more than insurance initially gave me (because material costs increased since last fall!). But no worries! Their staff contacted my insurance and I
