Infiniwiz always has such good customer service and response time. Always helpful and more importantly patient. All the people there are very nice and willing to help. The last time I dealt with someone it was with Steve, he was so patient with me even though I am technically challenged so I appreciate all the steps he took. Infiniwiz has been our IT provider for many years at this point. Their quick response times and the entirety of their support staff are always helpful and courteous. Zeb is generally the one to take care of us, but I have also been helped by Steve and Maryana on a multitude of occasions. Their quick responses get us back online and running for smooth operation. Zeb in particular has always been helpful in teaching me how to prevent issues from happing repeatedly, and the WHY as to some of the issues faced. Much appreciated Infiniwiz Team.

We worked with this company for years and have been happy with their phone and IT services. Granted that the quality of VOIP phone services and connectivity often depends on the internet service provider, Infiniwiz and its owners have gone out of their way to make sure that our phone and IT issues are addressed - sometimes returning our calls after-hours and on weekends. They also helped us to secure our network when we identified several weaknesses.

BROKEN PROMISES.
Infiniwiz has been very unresponsive regarding spam calls. We have collected records of persistent callers, as requested by Infiniwiz, and they continue to say there is nothing that can be done. They don't allow us to block calls ourselves. Very unsatisfactory! No resolution of our issues.
We also had many dropped calls and we had to hound them for months before they actually did something. They required the same record-keeping but it was never good enough for them. Very poor follow-up.
