With many years experience in managing multiple properties as a facilities manager, Eric developed a vast knowledge of home systems. Prior to that he spent a several years in structural hoisting and moving - lifting and moving entire buildings, and also spent time apprenticing with a plumber. It was a natural step from the knowledge gained with these experiences to start his own home inspection business in Littleton NH.

Eric is thorough, communicative and an amazing expert at his job. We had Eric inspect a 4 BR, 2 BA single family house for us. Connecting with him via phone and email was quick and easy. His work and thoroughness in evaluating the home on everything from electrical to chimney to roof (with a drone) to HVAC to decking and everything in between was fantastic. Eric is extremely informative and not just because of the service provided. You can tell by his detail-oriented work, the explanation of what is included, and NOT included. The phone conversation before the written report was finalized brought a separate bonus value added onto an already fair and honest service. Truly fantastic work within his craft.
