The BEST customer service ever!!! I ordered a shirt, then realized I needed a different size. Called them, a person (not a machine) answered, and they said they’d change my order but because they were so busy with Lightning Stanley Cup shirts, if it arrived wrong, please call back. Sure enough it did, so I called and left a voicemail. They called me AND texted me to say they were very sorry, I could keep the wrong one, and they would get the right one sent out promptly! So impressed with this personal service.

I purchased a T-shirt for this company and realized that it was too small. Went to website for their return/exchange policy. I seemed pretty straightforward: Contact them at help@smackapparel.com, give them your order number and reason for exchange, leave your mailing address.
They should contact you with info and possible return label. Please keep in mind this was the second option. The first option was: use the website to purchase the correct size and then return the previous purchase and await a refund. I have sent 2 emails and I am still waiting for a response. T-shirt price $28.95 plus tax
