During this pandemic, Telehealth is the perfect option for an alternate solution to treat your pain, for community members who want to take extra safety precautionary steps. Telehealth gives you access to the best therapist's one on one consultation which intern would be non-feasible due to distance.
Rachna Patel developed her passion for Physical Therapy through her love of sport and desire to help people prevent and overcome injury. Taking a holistic approach to patient care and a special interest in running biomechanics, she wants to help her clients to be the best they can be. Rachna received her Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences.
At Apex Physical Therapy, we offer FREE monthly workshops to our community in order to bring opportunities to learn about the body, best practices on sustaining health, and how to heal from injuries of any kind. We also desire to offer a space where our community members can meet one another, strengthen old and build new friendships, and find support among from each other to achieve our greatest health and wellness goals.

I can't thank Dr. Patel and her staff enough for the excellent therapy I received from them. Because of their treatment I'm happy to say I'm now able to perform my daily activities without the back and neck pain I had experienced.
I found everyone in the team to be extremely helpful, caring and friendly and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend APEX to friends, family and anyone who needs PT.

I highly recommend Apex Physical Therapy. The therapists and whole staff here are very attentive and professional. The area is very clean and nicely organized. The therapists has helped me fix my ankle pain and also helped me restore my range of motion for my left shoulder. I couldn't scratch my back for the 15 years. I wish I knew about this place sooner. 2 thumbs up for the whole team.

This is my second review for Apex Physical Therapy. The first review was pretty long and I guess it never got posted. So, I'll keep it short this time. Apex Physical Therapy is the first and only PT place I've been to and I love it. I don't think I'll think about any other PT place in the future either. The care, the friendliness of all the staff is praiseworthy. I've made much improvement in a very short time and I recommend Apex to everyone.

I was diagnosed with spinal stenosis and arthritis in my lower back. Being a very active person, I was upset that I could not walk more than a block without experiencing pain. I went to Dr. Patel for physical therapy and in less than two months, with the in office therapy and at home exercises, I am pain free. Dr. Patel gave me back my life. She is caring, very professional and knew what I needed to recover. When she released me from therapy she reminded me that she and her staff would always be there for me if I needed them in the future. I am so grateful to her.

The staff was so accommodating to my constant schedule change due to my flexible job. They are all so welcoming, friendly and helpful. The physical therapists made me feel relieved and explained to me how everything was going to get better and I was going to be back to normal before I knew it , and I am ! About 8 sessions and my feet/ankles were so much better and not in constant pain every second of everyday .. thank you so much for helping me through this Apex !

Great PT place. I've been here about ten times now after a recent rotator cuff shoulder surgery and have been very happy across the board. This is the first PT I've ever stuck with since they let you advance without going too far. In my previous experiences, the places would advance me so slowly that I lost interest. I've also heard horror stories about the other extreme. Not here. I've seen them take care of patients as young as a year old up to pretty elderly, all who seems to be advancing at a good pace and happy with the staff. Scheduling is easy, plenty of availability

I needed Physical Therapy after cartilage repair surgery on my knee. Dr. Patel was not only able to help me with therapy but also with her encouragement. I was able to progress in my strength and ability through her expert guidance. Her staff is also great! Everybody works together to help you!
