CR-T has been our IT solution for many years. We have stayed with them because of their continued excellent service and their ability to keep us up and running all the time. Our office relies very heavily on the ability to have continuous internet connectivity as well as all of our other in office systems working. If our systems are down, we are down and lacking a power outage, CR-T keeps our systems going.

Don't ever make a handshake deal with Tim. I made a deal with Tim that if I brought clients over he would pay me a % of what my clients spent with him. My clients spent over $30k and he gave me a check for $435 and said that's was more then he should've.
I also had to keep bugging them to get them to pay.
It's sad to see someone justify their actions.
PS: The client has left them because of how slow they respond and how bad they're and getting anything done.
