Dear John Rentals quoted me a price to deliver a 40 foot shipping container for rental and charged my card for one years rent, delivery, and pick-up. $2613.96. They subsequently rented their entire rental fleet to wal-mart according to Adam who claims he is the boss at Dear John. He told me that success or failure of his business depends solely on Wal-mart and the pending $200000 order with them he needs to fulfill and my $2000 order doesn’t mean anything. So I asked him to refund my money to which he replied I don’t know if I can our bookkeeper handles that and hung up on me. Again and again

I went into this establishment today inquired about a trailer we agreed upon a price the owner ran me out because I wasn’t spending 1700 without discussing it with my wife beforehand further more he told me to never come into his business again I could see me talking to my customers like that you don’t have to worry I’ll never come in again and I was planning on buying enclosed trailer for my business
