We can diagnose and prescribe a game plan to repair or rejuvenate your existing lawn or establish a new lawn by power raking and hydro-seeding or instantly with Vermont grown sod. We use premium seed blends and seed heavily for a lawn that emerges fast and thick. We can also help with light excavation and drainage solutions.
Experienced personnel thoughtfully provide this service in accordance with plant species to maintain healthy and attractive growth patterns and in order to control shape and size and to provide clearance from house, windows, walks, etc. Trees can be maintenance pruned or pruned for safety or to promote correct branching patterns.
There are three basic types of paving materials for walks and patios which include: bricks made of natural clay, which are fired to an extent that they can endure in the ground; natural stone (such as bluestone); or pavers made of concrete. We can help you determine which product may be the best suited for your site, and assist with planning and dimensions per your needs.

Hired Heartwood Landscape Designing on 2 occasions. First to take down some tree branches (to allow more light through to lawn), remove some stumps, and clear brush. Secondly to power rake and remove mossy area of the lawn, soil, and seed. Worked with Maxwell throughout the process who was attentive and conscientious from the first meeting. Maxwell and his team did great work, and the final price was exactly as quoted. I highly recommend Maxwell and Heartwood Landscape, and would definitely work with them again for landscaping needs!
