Made reservations in March 2021 for October 2021 and deposit was made. Out of the blue July 28, 2021, we get an email stating our reservation was cancelled. Do not recommend booking with this company. No explanation was given. But, found out ours was cancelled and rebooked for someone else. This is NOT a good business practice! Shame on you!!! As condo owners, my wife and I need a reliable management company to care for our property when we’re not there. Darren and Stacey at Southern Mississippi Real Estate are our choice for that job. We’re treated honestly and fairly in every interaction we have with them. When we do come down to visit the Mississippi coast we’re always pleasantly surprised at how nice the place looks after being rented throughout the year. After driving to Mississippi from Maine with lots of trials and tribulations along the way. We didn't arrive in Mississippi until late evening, Stacy still meet us on property to get my family settled in so we could put the day behind us and start are vacation off fresh. My sister and I were traveling from Missouri for our grandfathers funeral and we had originally booked through VRBO to stay at Legacy Towers through a couple, well long story short our reservations were cancelled on our way and by the grace of God I was lucky enough to find Southern Mississippi Real Estate and spoke with Stacey, who was beyond helpful!
