Worst place in town, do NOT recommend. I took both of my kids for their preventive checkup we waited 1 hour until they were seen they were only able to do the x-rays only not the cleaning because they were short staff so we have to reschedule. We came back with one of my daughters for her cleaning and wanted to charge me again the copay visit even do they didn't do it on the first visit due that they were short staff. The office manager said that by law due to COVID they need to rinse their mouth with this discussing mixture of hydrogen peroxide (we were told this after we left their office) they

You're always greeted with smiles and kindness. I really appreciate the people that work there. My teeth cleaning was excellent! I really appreciated knowing everything that was happening when my teeth were being cleaned. Excellent experience. I would recommend First Family Dental. I've been with a really good dentist before, and this office is comparable .

First time here and the staff was very nice and friendly. The dentist was rude i came to get my filling on my tooth because it came off and he was very quick and Saying so rude comments that I didn't appreciate, left worse then what I came in. After the numbness had worn off my teeth were very sensitive to cold things. Will not be returning. L

I have been going to Dr. Haddad for about 12 years and I have never been happier. I was always afraid of any dentist or procedure. I found it was the dentists that were lacking after meeting Dr. Haddad, who is kind and gentle and very experienced. The office staff is exceptional and makes the whole atmosphere and experience Easy!
I have had crowns, fillings, cleanings and xrays and have never had any issues.

Great staff, excellent dentist and a family friendly atmosphere. Love this dentist!! He is wonderful and knowledgeable in what he does. My family and I have being coming here for 5 years and we have never had a bad experience. There are times when my husband has to come in for an exam with my 3 year old son and the staff made sure that my son was entertained during those times.

Dr. Hadad, is a smoker. My wife and I pulled into his parking lot and saw him standing by a backdoor smoking. I didn't know it was the dentist and remarked to my wife "I hope that's not the doctor! smoking, it was.
We waited in the office for an hour and some minutes, and I was finally called in. I had 12 X-Rays taken of my mouth. Way too many. I have never had that many taken ever even as a new patient.
The dentist came in no introductions, he looked into my mouth no mask on and he smelled of cigarettes.
It was unbelievable, and disgusting !
He took maybe 1 minute

Joanne is the manager and is so awesome. I talked to her on the phone about the pain I'm experiencing from my wisdom teeth growing in. She scheduled me to come in the next day to get my x-rays done and a referral for wisdom teeth extraction. She is super upbeat, friendly, and helpful.

My daughter is 3 years old and normally she is afraid of, well, everything. I thought for sure she was going to have a tough time. I gave her a long pep talk before we got there and we prayed. She still seemed kind of nervous. We checked in 10 mins before appointment time and I was expecting to wait at least 30 minutes before she was seen. I was wrong! They called her name within 5 minutes. I got kind of nervous when they told me I couldn't stay with her for x-rays but the nurse was nice, the office was clean and I could see my baby from the waiting room so it was fine. Horrible! Don't go here. I went here for a couple years and for cleanings it's okay. Nice staff too. The problem I have is I had a crown he put on. I kept complaining it had a weird taste , like it was infected. The tooth also hurt for months. They would take xrays and found nothing for a year. When he put it on he never cleaned my tooth so im sure bacteria got in there when he out the crown on. The dr said he could remove the crown but there was a chance my tooth could break. Well it did! I made an appointment for my fiancé to get a broken tooth pulled. Over the phone the lady told me they could handle extractions and I was happy that they could see him same day since he was in such pain. Waste of time. When he gets there they take X-rays and tell him they don't do extraction there and give him a referral. His insurance only covers the first consultation so now we have to pay out of pocket for another consultation with an office that can actually help us. And he has to be in pain longer.
