The LAST place you want to end up at for dental care. The front office receptionist is extremely rude and inconsiderate. She also wasn't wearing any type of face covering to help prevent the spread of COVID 19. I had an appointment scheduled to have a root canal done but wasn't able to be seen because I forgot to bring my medical card. I was able to provide the ID number, my SSN & even had me referring MD office fax over copies of the eligibility confirmation from the medical website to show proof that my insurance is active but the receptionist could care less. I have to say this is the most friendly ,welcoming environment in a dentist office ive ever experienced. From the front desk to the chair ive never waited more than 5 minutes. The Dentist is so gentle and friendly, and i feel at ease with her. Im so happy i called and had my dental needs fulfilled here. Dr.G is a nurturing and kind dentist with a easy sense of humor. The best way i could describe my experience is gentle pain free and fast. Ill never go anywhere else again.

I have been going to Dr Glady now for about 6 months. WOW she saved me! I thought after many dentist i went too that i was stuck with the broken teeth i ha left from falling down some stairs. I finally gave her a call and on the first visit I knew I had found the right DR... she was so kind, great personality, put me at ease from the start.. The staff is really friendly, they always make sure to make you comfortable. nice clean Office ...I will be going to her and her only from now on! Thank you Hawkeye Family Dental.. Do not go here. They ruined my front teeth. Did unnecessary work. She was all about reimbursement not about pro- active care. Worst dentist I have ever been to. Very unprofessional. I have switched dentists. My new dentist is now fixing Hawkeye's mess.
Double check your billing! They said they did work They did NOT do. Office was cluttered...staff did not seem knowledgeable. Moral seemed low...choose another dentist.

Do Not go here! the office is filthy. They herd ppl in like cattle. They are mainly into making money. Customer service is definitely lacking. I question their billing practices. they do not inform you of plan of care.... really monitor your billing. I have some big questions. The office is not clean. it is full of dirty old equipment. lady doing xrays had no clue what she was doing! Do not go here! find another dentist. it is so unprofessional. I also have proof that they broke a hippa violation with my personal information. I have proof.

I was terrified to get root canal’s I needed three root canal’s done I literally did not feel anything even the shots to numb you weren’t as bad she is so gentle and she does a great job she made me feel safe I honestly don’t think I could’ve done it without her I absolutely recommend Mrs. Gladys she is a great dentist

This is the worst dentist office I have ever went to! They were very dirty and very unprofessional! They guaranteed they would get my dental work done the following week come to find out they never even sent in the referral they told me it would take my insurance four to six weeks to a prove when I called my insurance they said it would be 2 to 4… weeks at the most and that they never even sent in my referral so how are you going to get my dental work done the following week if you can't get a provable that quick and you never turn in the referral they also charge my insurance for an exam

Going to your dental appointment is normally not fun at all but when you have a wonderful dentist it’s a pleasure to go. I’ve been a patient of Ms. Dr. Gesicho for over 10 years.
