A friend was recommended here due to issues with her ignition/starter in a 2006 Grand Caravan. Key would turn, but not engage the starter. Called and he said to bring it in and he’d look at it. When she arrived with her three children in tow he turned the key over twice and the van started both times, he called it good and told her it was her key and not the car - we know for a fact this is incorrect. The key is programmed (and a second key was added by a professional locksmith to rule this out) and no codes are being thrown when scans have been performed to diagnose the issue. He did not take

THIS PLACE IS THE BEST!! I called for a windshield on wednsday and Joey put it in on Saturday, and it was about $100 less than anywhere else....and he did a fantastic job!!! GO HERE...they are the best by far. As far as the license holding, they didn't do that to me, but if they did I wouldn't have cared.......unless I was planning on not paying??? Just a wild guess:) God Bless!!

I called during the holiday season, asked about a windshield replacement. I had been putting it off for over a year because of cost, but he was able to quote me an amazing price and fit me in within a few days regardless of the weather. I took the gamble, out of necessity. It was done quicker than the quoted time, cheaper than originally agreed upon and the windshield was so well done, i kept touching it to make sure it was actually there. We will be returning very soon with the rest of our farm truck fleet and all their body needs!

They held my driver's license until I paid them- in cash only. I have never been to a car place that's cash only. They also don't have any cameras on the property, so if they damage your car, it's impossible to prove it. If you choose to take your car here, take pictures of your car before you drive it there, immediately after dropping it off, and on pick-up.

Try to avoid taking your car there, when I talked to the rep he said if something goes wrong they were going to cover any additional expenses that they would cause, they missed some extra damages and now the insure is covering some extra but is making me spend more with car rental. Try to avoid dealing with Geico, Hertz, and of course Callaway Collision.

Joey is awesome!!! My vehicle was taken here when my teenage daughter was involved in an accident. Joey was helpful and caring from day one. He was so kind to my daughter, and so professional and knowledgeable with me. He kept me updated throughout the whole process, didn't try to take advantage of the situation. My vehicle looks brand new and rides even better after the repairs. Joey made sure to ensure a situation that is normally stressful went very smooth.
