I spoke with Raina directly after I had to buy a new car due to my last one breaking down suddenly and not only did she get me a rate lower than what I was paying for my 13 year old car but she was more than helpful; showing different rate/payment options, discussing advantages/disadvantages to certain companies, etc. The only regret I have in regards to this experience is that I hadn't found RT Thomas sooner.
