Our practice recognizes that adults and children have different needs and require different levels of attention and care. We will work with you to ensure you receive the most appropriate treatments and your needs are met with understanding, respect, and full commitment from us. While there is no exact age for children to begin orthodontic treatment, the American Association of Orthodontists recommends a visit to the orthodontist around age seven.
It's not the end of the world, but there is upkeep and guidelines to adhere by throughout your treatment. When you have braces, it's very important to brush and floss after every meal in order to keep your teeth and gums healthy throughout your treatment. If you need help choosing the right toothbrush, toothpaste, and dental floss, please ask us and we can help you choose the right products for your teeth and your appliance.

Dr. Rykovich and his staff are the BEST! They have treated my two older children and currently myself. Rykovich truly knows what he is doing and continues to impress me! His office, the Goshen location staff, are the reason why I finally saved up to get braces for myself (especially after doing Smiledirect club which was a joke and a rip off!). Rykovich saw my daughter 4-5 times over a two year period before she was even ready for braces. Rykovich would always check on her teeth and would refer her to have certain teeth pulled to prepare her for braces when needed. Dr. Rykovich never charged a
