It's never the best of circumstances when you're looking to have body work done on your vehicle. However, the staff at Superior Collision make the experience as pleasant as possible. From being extremely knowledgeable, to top quality work, to professional, courteous treatment - Superior is the total package. They fixed a factory paint defect on my 2020 F150 as well as some "detailing" a shopping cart and a mower did to my front and rear bumper. I drive a lot of miles and of course encounter my share of deer and other vehicles. The last animal who thought it had the right of way was a raccoon that put a hole in my bumper. Superior is a good name for the company as they were able to repair my CX-5 quickly and right the first time. No surprises; just good quality service. I'm sure we will see each other again and hopefully it will be another 100,000 miles in-between.

On the way home one night, a dog darted out in front of my car and I hit it. There was quite a bit of damage to my car and everyone told me to contact Superior Collision for the repairs. From the moment I brought in my car for the estimate to the moment I picked it up, I was treated with kindness and respect. Keith and Amelia are excellent at customer service, as well as explaining the process and parts that would be needed. They worked hard to get me the best deal on the parts. Superior Collision was the prefect match for me when it came to getting my 2015 Dodge Journey repaired. Amelia Wiseman completed a thorough assessment of the damage to my car and then prepared an estimate for repairs. She immediately sent a copy to my insurance company and gave me a copy. The insurance adjuster was at my home that afternoon and we were able to schedule the repairs with Superior that same day!! The repairs were completed in four days (not five as the adjuster had predicted) and the results are perfect! We are very satisfied and will recommend Superior to our friends and family!

I recently had my truck repaired by Superior Collision. They did an excellent job of meeting my needs and working with me on fixing my truck to my specifications. Amelia Wiseman did a great job of keeping in contact with me and updating me on timeframes. I would definitely go back to Superior Collision.
