They came the day I called them to relight my furnace pilot light. The serviceman was very polite and did his work very quickly. My only negative is that it was kind of expensive for a 15 minute call. I would definitely use them again.

I first called shortly after my husband died when my water heater wasn’t working. It was either a Friday or Saturday night and they sent someone out right away. Since then they have replaced the water heater and installed a water softener system. They installed a new kitchen sink and faucet for me. And recently my shower wouldn’t turn off on a Friday at noon! They sent someone out to repair in with in a few hours. Fortunately Earnie, who had done all of the rest of the work, had told me how to hit the breaker to turn off my well pump if I had a water issue. Yay for him or my water would’ve
