NEGATIVE 20 STARS Home Depot Warranty Department scheduled this company to service my Samsung Dryer with an arrival time of 8am - 4pm on the 17th. I took off work for the day to be home for the service technician. On the day of the appointment I called Portairs at 10:30am to get a better time frame of when I could expect them to arrive at my home. The woman who answered the phone indicated that I did not have an appointment. I explained that Home Depot set up the appointment and that it may not be listed under my name. She searched for a bit and said "oh, here it is. Yes, they sent over a work

Not trustworthy company . Had an appointment for today and texas choice doesn't let you know about this company that needs to pay up front before sending technicians out.i went there to check out company a dump and not very business like. Some other company I asked for directions and said a loser company. Don't recommend this place at all...wanted my credit card numbers over the phone to hold my spot. Once again stay away from them!!

I had no problems with this company. Had a problem with my Speed Queen washer. When I called they were polite. Sent a technician out the next day. They had to order a part which came in a week later. The next day the tech installed the part and all is working well. In other words, they did exactly what you'd expect an appliance repair company yo do.

They call to cancel my service repair appointment I had with them Monday, said they couldn't come out until Wednesday.
Said to call and confirm to see if this was okay and tell them what was wrong with my GE unit. I did and asked what time exactly on Wednesday...
Got another voice mail asking me to confirm the time again and tell them what the problem was.
Like really i already did this, called again telling them what it was doing wrong, told them the unit is still under warranty. Confirmed the time again 8 am - 12 pm.
No call and no show past 2 pm.

Beyond rude, lying and unproffessional! Takes months to get a part and technician to come just to brake the rest, claim it needs a different part and leave. All of this is right before thanksgiving and who knows when it will be fixed or if it will be at all! And looks like the woman on the phone was only trained on how to be arrogant and how to hang up on customers.

Ray the Tech just told me that after a month of waiting that its not his problem. He said he gets calls 4-5 times a day and he has Zero information and he hung up on me. I will be reporting this business to the BBB and I will go out of my way to blast this business into non-existence.
