I have had great experiences at the north location. 5 stars all the way. I ordered a package and didn’t know there was a deadline to use the services. Went in today and they can’t honor the last treatment because of the deadline to use. Very disappointed. If someone pays for a service, they should receive the service. Other than that, the North location is amazing, kind and welcoming. *I see the owners reply, however I was getting monthly treatments before my credit was “to expire.” Never once was that communicated to me when making my monthly appointments. I went in for a consultation for a tattoo removal and after taking a look she was able to give me a very reasonable quote and do the procedure on the same visit! The whole procedure only took a few minutes and she was extremely professional and explained everything very well. I would highly recommend Longevity.

I went in for a lip filler consult but ended up getting some Botox for a lip flip to start out since I’m new to this and a little nervous. Mandy was very sweet and answered all my questions, there was no pressure At all. I think I’ll be back in a few months for a lip filler. I have never done any fillers or Botox till I came across this place full of magic and beauty! I was extremely nervous about anything being done to my face and Longevity took care of me ! OKAY... AMAZING. First let me start off by saying that on Tuesdays they have extended hours and are open until 7 PM, I'm so thankful for this!!!! As someone who works 9-5 Monday through Friday, this is truly such an amazing perk of the spa. Also, Paige and Lyric are so kind and knowledgeable.
