Many of my grandparents, aunts and uncles have been in nursing home facilities throughout Iowa and I can tell you hands down, Regency is the best my family have seen yet. The nursing staff, as well as the other depts, are so helpful and genuinely caring. My grandmother is quite particular, to put it mildly, with many things and she has never had any issues or complaints. There may be other facilities that are newer or that have all the bells/whistles but I’d rather take truly caring staff over anything fancy. I wish someone would have told me about Regency sooner, then we could have avoided my

So thankful for the wonderful staff at Regency Park Care Center. My aunt was there for over a year with dementia. They were so kind and supportive of her. They did an amazing job of putting her at ease. The staff went above and beyond with her. So thankful that she had such good support when we were unable to be with her due to Covid.

My father was placed at Regency Park a year ago after his stroke. He is just about 100% dependent on their care as he is not able to do much without them. He is always well groomed and taken care of. I hate that he has to be in a nursing home but if he has to be anywhere, I am glad that he is there. They try to keep him as comfortable as possible and have gone out of their way to accommodate him and maintain his dignity at the same time.

Our family was blessed to have our Aunt at Regency Park Nursing home in Carroll. She arrived very ill; while on Skilled Care she received excellent therapy and nursing services that gave her back independence in walking and taking care of her own basic needs. Regency staff provided our Aunt with so much care, love and attention in addition to the nursing and therapy staff - they all truly treated her like one of their own. She was very comfortable and happy at Regency Park. Our family is so very grateful for all the staff at Regency Park for providing her with the very best care! Thank you!

This place is a joke. My grandmother was placed at the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic so we were not able to see her until August when hospice thought she was close to passing. The first time we came to the facility, none of the staff were wearing masks, even the nurse I spoke to at the nursing desk. Despite being so concerned about the pandemic that they wouldn’t let families in, their staff was not even wearing masks properly. I asked the hospice nurse and facility nurse on duty if I could bring my daughter in to see my grandmother and they both said yes, when we showed up the next day
