I did not feel that were taken care of as we should have been the agent. She made quite a bit of money from us and I felt I did most of the work. She was always busy with family, pool tournaments, birthday parts, Christmas partys, And off the grid 🤷♀️ unprofessional as she did not see any wrong doing on her part. I would Not recommend her or the company to anyone 😐 very ,disappointed.

Darrel Gardner, sold a house to my family and did not promptly go through all the dockets (as what he was hired to do). Then when the house closed and payment transfers was made, an issue came up with the roof leaking! Darrel tried to blame it on us for not looking at the roof. Also, he tagged in hidden fees at closing and we had no choice but to pay them because we needed a place to live. There was no honesty.
Think twice before calling these guys or at least working with Darrel.

Aside from the review about the veteran, I too give this agency a bad review. Large or small listing, you're hired to do a job. Just because your percentage is less on smaller listings, doesn't mean you put WAY less effort towards that account, Kim Allen! I never heard of this realty until yesterday. I'm sure you're not THAT busy. Business is business. Grow it or close it.

Here in the Inland Northwest most of our population values our community and its members. KHQ recently ran a story about a veteran that was kicked out of his home after being scammed for two years paying rent on a home that was in foreclsure. Live Real Estate bought that home and then gave that unwitting victim 1 day to move out. The veteran had done several thousand dollars of improvements to the home in anticipation of purchasing it and having that work deducted from the sale price.
