I scheduled an appt with Mark for June 21. An hour before my appt., Mark calls to tell me that he is having car trouble and tells me that he will call me later in the week to reschedule because he also needs to reschedule others first, which didn't make sense to me since I was the only client scheduled to have my car detailed by Mark that day during that specific time slot. I never heard from him, so I texted him a week later to follow up. Now the excuse was that the weather was not cooperating. He never offered another date and time. I have yet to hear back from him and ids July 10.

I used this company's service for an interior deep clean, detail, and shampoo for one of my company vehicles. Fyi, this business is located in a residential neighborhood (temporarily home based). However, this did not take away from the quality of service I received. The results were nothing short of amazing. The price was reasonable and the gentleman was very professional. They earned my service! I will be taking all of my company vehicles to them.

Great job and great service. I had one issue with the anti-fog being left on the front window and Mark came to me the next morning to fix it. Very satisfied with his service and commitment to satisfying his customers. My 2016 Chrysler 200 looks new again! Will definitely use again and would recommend to anyone.
