Bob Heinmiller replaced our AC system, they did a great job. The team was professional, clean and caring towards our house, they made sure to test everything before leaving to make sure it was working correctly. We have a zoning system that can be tricky sometimes but they got it right with no issues. Pat, Bobby, Levi & Rohan were all very professional, knowledgeable and friendly from start to finish of the job. I highly recommend Bob Heinmiller for any AC replacement.

Tyler was hands down the most professional and courteous service technician we have ever had. Not just in the a/c category but ever! He took the time to explain what the issue was and options we had to fix it. He was super knowledgeable but also has the ability to explain issues clearly to a non professional. Every step of the process our family felt that Tyler had our best interest in mind. He was so kind and has an authentic and natural hospitality that isn't seen much.

$230 weekend fee
$207 for 20 minutes - shop vac sufficiently clean drain....GO ELSEWHERE....that's a crazy price but I'm gone all next week so I had to bite it.
After using BOB Heinmiller for years...never again. Nice tech.

Matthew visited our home in response to my request for an evaluation installing a house generator. The entire process from initial contact to a finished operating system was a pleasure. Amanda and Debbie handling phone calls and coordinating Seminole County inspections were outstanding, friendly, and informative. Mark, Joe, and Dan completed the installation in one day with little invasion to my landscape. Used them previously twice before and was great. Unfortunately this past service I will never them again. Had a clear leak in the evaporator coil and asked the technician if it’s worth putting in coolant based on the severity of the leak. He explained he was not sure (the reason I called him out). He then added refrigerant to our system, which lasted only 24 hours and come to find out was pretty dangerous and not approved by the EPA. Called back and told the lady the issue I had over the previous service and she said he added refrigerant, which is “environmentally safe.” All in all, waste

Tried to find an emergency fix for a commercial facility. They were able to send a tech out, but when he arrived, he drove in an area marked for no car traffic, dropped a bunch of profane language and left after smarting off to a staff member. I called to ask for a supervisor and I have yet to receive a call back. The excuse from the driver that he gave his supervisor was "I had a family emergency". Nope, I think he just doesn't want to come back after how he acted. Unprofessional on all fronts from here and I would NEVER call them for any reason.

We had a leak in the wall coming from the AC handler in the attic. We called a competitor but they arrived late in the afternoon and wouldn't get out of the truck because it was raining. They said they would reschedule and somebody would call. The next day we called Heimiller at 9:30 to schedule an appointment and they had someone there by 11:00. The technician was Nick and he took care of the problem quickly and also serviced and cleaned both air conditioning units.
Hopefully I don't have to use them anytime soon but next time they will be my first call.

I paid over $5,000 in 2011 for a brand new Carrier System, and have had ongoing problems ever since. They are soaking me, and I get nothing but a runaround, and no solutions. The most recent problem is similar to all prior calls...system not cooling, but they find a different little part to replace each time. All parts are supposed to be under the 10 year warranty, but they invariably have charged $139 on three separate visits for parts, in addition to the outrageous labor cost. I have made many calls to speak to the service manager, and he has only responded to one call. At that point he agreed

Absolutely would not recommend. Prices were DOUBLE of any competitor.
Called their office first thing in the morning and put the order in. Called back hours later to check on the status, only to find out our call wasn't even put in the system.
Charged $115 to come out for 5 minutes and tell us what we already knew with no work being done. Couldn't get a call back with a quote on labor/parts price until the end of the day (even after calling asking if they had the quote yet). Thank goodness we had already found a competitor that was HALF their quoted price and already at our house replacing

Two days of appointment windows, two no call, no shows as far as I can tell. I call back and am told that the tech was there at the beginning of the window for 5 minutes and he called and left a message. He DID NOT call the number they were given to actually reach anyone. Meanwhile, my almost 80 year old mother has to stay elsewhere and I am out 6 hours of work waiting for a call that never came.

This company had installed our old unit nineteen years ago, and we were completely satisfied, so accepted their bid without thought. Big mistake . . . After just finishing the nineteenth service call since our new unit was installed in the end of July, I called the owner. Apology for our difficulties and imposition? Outstanding service! I have used this company for heating and cooling maintenence and replacement. I had an opportunity to use their electric service and received the same fast professional service. The gentleman was able to diagnose the source of my electrical problem guickly. In no time I had service restored. In addition he gave me some useful information about lights in my bathrooms concerning sensors I did not know I even had and bulb size that were very helpful. Great sevice at a fair price.

We first called Bob Heinmiller AC when we moved into our College Park home about seven years ago. (This company is Not to be confused with Heinmiller Heating and Cooling who I have used in the past and liked very much. I didn't realize I called the wrong company until they came out - then it was too late and I went with it). So anyway, Bob Heinmiller AC installed a new AC unit for us and for the past six years we had them come out at least every year for service. They did OK, we thought, but all they did was routine maintenance.

We have moved out of the area and are selling the house
