Moved here from out of state. Contacted this agent well before my move.
I wanted to have my insurance needs in place. I have been here a month now and was supposed to receive updated quotes as they did not get all the pertinent information needed for quotes. Still have not received those updated quotes as promised.
Called another broker and had what I needed in 2 days. I much prefer to write positive reviews, but the ball was completely dropped on the information I was promised and had to go elsewhere.
