I offer both Hard and Soft wax to cover everyone's specific waxing needs since everyone's hair is different. This allows me to get the finest of hairs to the most coarse. Because I offer both types of waxes I am able to create a unique customized wax for every individual. I am located at The District on the AMC theater side inside the Phenix Salon Suites by Five Guys Burgers and next to Cafe Yoga.

Services
I require 24 hours notice for canceling appointments. I ask this because appointments are limited so I may open up your time-slot to another client. There will be a charge of $25.00 for any no-show/last minute cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time. I make every consideration to accommodate clients if they are late.
I believe that both women and men have the right to get waxed in a respectful and non-judge mental environment. I pride myself on having created a friendly and welcoming environment for all bodies, shapes, sizes, colors and genders! Brazilian Maintenance $50 If your appointment falls within 30 days of your last appointment.
The hair should be at least 1/4-inch to 1/2-inch for best results. If you have coarse hair it should be closer to 1/2-inch for the first few waxes. Once the hair becomes finer it can be waxed at a shorter length. If your hair is longer, I recommend shaving the area and booking your waxing appointment for two to three weeks later.

Karen is the best esthetician out here! No joke.
I had been to a few other places before but was never really happy with their customer service. Karen on the other hand, changed my waxing experience forever. She really is great at what she does and makes the whole experience less painful. She makes you feel comfortable the minute you walk and explains everything she is doing along the way.
I highly recommend Karen... she's great!

Been going to Karen for over two years now for Brazilian/Brows/Nose and I always leave feeling amazing. Karen knows how to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. I have very sensitive skin and she uses all the best products and wax so my skin has no problem tolerating treatments. She's the best at what she does! I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Karen is outstanding. I was seeking a good wax artist after a bad experience with a major OC wax company that basically tried to shove me out the door as quickly as possible at each visit. I wanted someone who made me feel that my business was valued. Karen is the answer. I am so glad I found her via Yelp. She is extremely detailed, friendly, and I never feel pressured or rushed. Karen is not your average Karen! She is so funny, kind, and amazing at what she does!! I have been going to her for almost a year for eyebrow waxing services! She is phenomenal at what she does! She has the eye to groom and shape my brows tailored to my features! Waxing is a simple process but having a technique and skill to stay aligned with another person's features is a highly skillful service! I will always go to Karen for my brows! Book her! I really like the service here. I got my Brazilian done here and I have been to multiple places for vet last 2 years and this place is one of the very bests I have been to. The lady here keeps you engaged in conversation so you don't feel the pain that much and she is good with her way of pulling strips off of you so it's anyway less painful. The room is clean and well lit up. I am definitely gonna come here often and would recommend all others trying to find a decent place for waxing to try this place.

Karen is super amazing. She made my overall waxing experience almost pain-free. Even though it's been a long time since I've gotten wags she made the overall process very easy and very clean. I see you now why she has 30 minute appointments because she wants you to get comfortable and relax before she starts your waxing process during the whole time we chatted a lot about our families and kids and it just made the overall process easier.
