We thought we’d find an agent through referrals from family or friends, but everyone we knew had had either lukewarm or negative experiences with their agent. If you’ve had a similar experience? I could not imagine a better realtor to work with than Brian Kennedy at Buyers Brokers. He was knowledgeable, patient, good-humored, and really made us feel like we had an advocate in our hunt for the right home. And it sure wasn't easy for him! Middle of a pandemic, crazy market, tiny inventory of houses, and a pretty particular set of needs that we had. All that, and we started our search while living out-of-state, so he did some of our tours virtually! In the end he helped us find just the right home for us.

Highly recommend Dimitrios and Buyers Broker’s Only. Dimitrios helped us to purchase our first condo in Boston. Cannot say enough good things about the experience! A couple of months ago, I worked with Rich Rosa on buying my first home. In this year's crazy market, having someone like Rich by my side was an amazing help. He's seen it all, and been around all the blocks. He kept me calm through my despairing and frustration, and in the end, having his experience and expertise in crafting a good offer allowed me to succeed in purchasing a house!

Having a buyers only agent is fantastic. They really show up for you and concentrate on making sure you are getting what you want. We worked with Dave as first-time homebuyers and we have no regrets! As first time home buyers, we didn't know what we didn't know yet, and we learned a lot along the way. In any sales profession a "Yes Mentality" is key, however there is a major difference between having a Yes… Mentality and being a Yes-Person.
