NAMI Glendale offers no-cost mental health services. We assist those with a mental illness, as well as their families, significant others, caregivers, and friends. You're not alone, and we're here to help! Peer-led support groups, offering participants a space to share their experiences and gain support during difficult times.
Evidence-based education classes, equipping participants with information and skills training from those who've been there. Programs for high school & college students, service members & their families, mental health professionals, those of all faith traditions, and local law enforcement. NAMI Glendale is a local chapter of NAMI Greater Los Angeles County (GLAC), and one of 600+ NAMI affiliates across the nation.

Toll free in Los Angeles, Orange, Ventura, San Bernardino, Riverside and Imperial Counties. TEEN LINE is a nonprofit, community-based organization where teens help other troubled teens address their problems. Crisis intervention and suicide prevention for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and questioning youth.
NAMI Glendale uses every dollar we receive towards furthering our mission: providing welcoming, empathetic spaces of support for all those affected by mental illness, and offering hope that recovery is possible through our shared lived experiences. NAMI Glendale is a 501(c)(3) Charitable Organization (EIN 95-3984872), and therefore your donation will be a tax-deductible contribution.
Thanks to the dedication of our facilitators, our signature mental health support groups-Family Support Group and Connection Recovery Support Group-are able to continue virtually via Zoom! Anyone living in Los Angeles County, the state of California, or across the nation is invited to join. If you would like to participate in any of our support groups, please be sure to join to the Zoom meeting room 5-10 minutes early.
NAMI Glendale offers an array of educational courses for individuals coping with their own mental illness, as well as for their family members, caregivers, partners/spouses, and friends. Subscribe to our mailing list to get regular updates about upcoming classes. While we have no open classes for the remainder of 2021, we are always accepting applications for Family-to-Family and Peer-to-Peer in 2022!
NAMI Glendale offers an array of interesting and informative speakers for your event. We can present to tailored or general audiences, as well as at public events and conferences or private settings. We provide these speakers at no cost to the community. NAMI In Our Own Voice (IOOV) presentations change attitudes, assumptions, and ideas about people with mental health conditions.
