We've been giving families reason to smile since 1977. Founded by Dr. Joe McCormick, and now led by Dr. Michaela McCormick, our practice delivers excellent orthodontic services and care with a focus on your comfort and happiness. First rule: We lay everything on the table. No sneak attacks here-we'll thoroughly discuss and examine every procedure, every instrument, every phase of orthodontic treatment.
Everyone here at McCormick Orthodontics goes above and beyond to make sure you have an amazing experience. If we can answer any question or do anything to make you comfortable, please ask. I have been a member of the McOrtho team since the summer of 2008. Currently I am the Office Manager, but I've worn many hats in the office!
Dr. Sonal Dave is an outstanding orthodontist dedicated to creating beautiful smiles and enhancing facial beauty. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Science, with a minor in Religious Studies, from Penn State University. After college, Dr. Dave worked while backpacking across South East Asia and Japan.
In addition, you can earn McMoney Points for good hygiene, arriving on time for appointments, caring for your appliances, referring friends and keeping regular hygiene check-ups with your dentists. McMoney Points can be used to purchase fun prizes! Getting your kids to and from school for their appointments is easy-and FREE-with the Brace Bus.
Next, we'll take a few pictures of your mouth. These diagnostic photos and digital low-radiation x-rays will help us determine the best approach for your individual treatment. They'll also help us evaluate your general dental health and track your progress. We'll give you a complete examination, take measurements, and get all the information we need to prepare your treatment plan.

McCormick Orthodontics is a fantastic group of very caring professionals. My children have been patients for over 3 years and we have always been extremely happy with the care they receive. The staff, technicians, and doctors are always friendly, kind to their patients, and willing to answer any question our family has. They work to accommodate families' busy schedules. My 2 daughters and myself have all been patients of McCormick Orthodontics. Throughout the years of treatment, I have always dealt with friendly, knowledgeable, and professional staff. The clerical staff are extremely helpful, friendly, and go out of their way to accommodate appointments around my hectic schedule. The orthodontist assistants are personable, knowledgeable, and very helpful. They are also function as a team and help each other out when needed. Dr. McCormick and Dr. Devae are very friendly, knowledgeable, and truly care about each patient and get excited for the " final result" right

My 13 yo daughter needed braces last year and McCormick's came highly recommended! Even through the pandemic our experience has been wonderful! The staff is friendly and super helpful. Dr. Michaela and Dr. Devae have been very informative throughout the entire process of my daughter's care. Hands down the best around!

We started with the early intervention/prevention program when my daughter was 5 years old, which was very helpful and thorough! The team at McCormick was appropriately aggressive in their course of action with spacers at age 7, followed by an expander, and braces! They are friendly, kind, and patient and we’ve had the best experience with both the Oxford and North East offices!

We love McCormick Orthodontics so much. They are very knowledgeable and very patient oriented. My oldest son has finished treatment and they have still called to check on him. Both my daughters went to McCormick Orthodontics and I have nothing but praise for the entire staff. When you call you will get a kind person answering the phone who takes the necessary time to answer questions or set up appointments. They are compassionate and patient with everyone who walks through the door. The Orthodontists take time to explain what’s going on and what needs to be done. I’ve never felt rushed when I have questions. McCormick Orthodontics is not just a business, they are part of our community. Constantly giving to youth and volunteer organizations.
