A management company is a practical solution to today's very busy world where there is less and less leisure time. You could not wish for a better property manager then Jeff and his team. They were beyond responsive whenever something broke or there was any kind of other issue. They are responsive and always try to help. And they made the move out during Corona times seamless, even helped with clearing the house, I would not have thought it possible but they made it happen. Thank you for everything.

I've lived for a few years at a property managed by Oxford Street, and it's honestly been my best experience I've had in the 15 years I've lived in the Boston metro as a renter. No matter how significant or insignificant an issue is, they've helped resolve it promptly. They've consistently also contacted me whenever they needed to do some work at the property or our unit itself. The contractors they bring in are also always professional.
My only pet peeve is that all communication is via phone calls and not email (my personal preference).
