My experiences have only been routine cleanings, so I don't have anything too interesting to share. However, on my most recent visit, I did make it clear to the hygienist that one of the tools she was using was causing me a lot of pain, and I felt like she blew me off completely.
But again, Dr. Yoon was very nice and the two dental techs (I'm not sure what to call them) were

They used a cheap filling material that isn't expected to last more than 6 months before crumbling. They remind you 3-7 times to be on time and then make you wait almost an hour before put you in a chair, then make you wait another 30 mins before seeing you. They ask you to sign blank forms saying you know what your treatment will be and that you had a chance to discuss it with your dentist before you see the dentist, then fill out the info about the treatment after you've been treated. After getting a filling I can no longer floss between the teeth on either side of the filling.

I've only gone to 1 dentist my whole life and he's one of the best in Albuquerque. Recently I moved to Las Vegas and I needed to see the dentist so I decided to give this office a try based solely on proximity to my house. I have to say I was really impressed with the office's layout, technology, staff, and quality of care. I'm definitely coming back.
