With over 25 years experience he is past President of the Chimney Safety Institute of America (CSIA), National Chimney Sweep Guild (NCSG), and the Oregon Chimney Sweep Association. In 2008 he received the highest honor in the trade, The NCSG President's Award.

Brandon and Marlon communicated clearly with us regarding our specific fireplace needs, project updates, delivery time estimates, etc. Russ did a meticulous job with installation and ensured that he completed the job and that everything was working properly before leaving our house. Tiffany was super helpful during the installation process and with additional follow-up later on. I recommend chimney.com to anyone who has fire place projects.

I highly recommend Chimney.com and am extremely happy with the work they did replacing my fireplace. Branden, Jimmy, Nelson and Daniel all did amazing work and were fantastic to work with, as well as office staff. Everything was done on time, and when they were done, my fireplace looked beautiful. This was a big project, and I really appreciate having such a positive experience.

Nelson and his crew did an amazing job of repairing our chimney and fireplace. It had been mostly destroyed in a chimney fire and needed a ton of work. They came, did clean and professional work, informed me of all that they were doing along the way, respected the home and the property and were pleasant and good people.

The entire team really provide excellent customer service. Brandon who provided the quote is knowledgeable and really educated me on the process. I really appreciated the customer service provided by Marlon and Yesenia. However the reason I am writing this review is the craftsmanship of Nelson and his team. The level of detail and work ethic brought my three 135 year old Chimneys back to life. I highly recommend Chimney.com
