He also helped me identify a minor water leak that was dripping in the utility room I had not caught before. He was very thorough and a true professional. Recently moved from CA to TX, but decided on KS for my final relocation.
I have owned 5 other homes over the last 40+ years and this is the first time outside of CA and the different concerns on inspections results was an eye opener for me.
