The friendly and experienced staff at Wakeland Physical Therapy locations in Bangor and Ellsworth, offer convenient, personalized physical therapy services. Dr. Wakeland, owner of Wakeland Physical Therapy, is a 1988 graduate of Iowa State University with a BS in Education majoring in Athletic Training.
Please bring your written referral from your physician if you have one and any billing/insurance information. We will copy all insurance cards. If your injury is work or motor vehicle related, please bring claim and phone numbers, as well as, case manager and adjuster names. You may want to bring some comfortable clothing for the evaluation.
Dr. Wakeland is a Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist. Our team provides workstation evaluations, education, and on-site stretching programs to help employees avoid work-related injuries and repetitive trauma disorders. Works closely with patient, provider, and employer to help facilitate a safe return to work.
