Would not recommend this business. When I signed up with them they told me that when they spray the outside they would also sweep for cobwebs. After each visit I would find numerous cobwebs that the guy missed. Checking my cameras the technician would be at my house for approximately 3 minutes each time before he left. How can you do anything thoroughly in that amount of time? I called and complained and the office told me that the techs have a lot of houses to do in a day so that's why they don't spend much time at each house. Needless to say I canceled. Terminix spends more time and

I cannot speak to pest control for your home , but I would not use them for treating lawn and shrubs. They have been treating the lawn for six months and it is in worse shape than in the beginning and I need to resod and have been cited by my HOA. Very nice, friendly people but I think they need more expertise in lawn and shrub treatment.

I contacted Empire yesterday for service as a new customer after reading many positive reviews. I spoke directly with Glade, the owner of the company and was imediately impressed by his professionalism and friendly manner, as well as his vast knowledge in his field. I was quickly scheduled for an appointment today. Our technician, Kyle, arrived promptly at the scheduled time and continued to impress. He was friendly, informative, thorough and profesional!
