I worked with Walkabout Limousine Service this past weekend and after over a month of the hard work, because of COVID setting up locations for a large wine tour, my group and I had THE BEST expirence with this… company! Our driver was Mike, he was AMAZING to us, so nice and even let us add an extra stop to our tour! We got pretty loud and rowdy like a large group of girls would get after a few drinks, and Mike handled our yelling like a champ lol!

We used Walkabout Limo for my birthday, on the original call I was accidently quoted the wrong price, the next call I was quoted a higher, but correct price. After they realized the wrong quote they immediately offered to honor the lower amount before I had even noticed the difference myself, which I thought was incredibly professional. The 30 person bus showed up about 30 minutes early so it gave us time to load everyone and everything on. The drive was smooth and safe. The Bluetooth stereo worked throughout the whole trip. I booked a Lincoln Navigator with Walkabout for a wine tour and they were absolutely amazing. Katie made the booking process easy, communication with her is so flexible. Our driver, Joe, arrived early and was extremely professional, considerate (especially of our carsick-prone crew), and personable so we had a blast with him. He was also polite about keeping the group on track and on time so we had enough time at each winery. Would definitely recommend booking your next event with Walkabout, their prices are unbeatable and service is outstanding!!

If I could leave zero stars I would. I hired them for my wedding on august 28, 2021, and they ruined my wedding for me. They made two trips to pick up first the groom and his party at one location and then me and my party. They picked up the men with no issues they said the ride was great. The driver was on track to pick us up 30 mins early, however showed up 30 mins LATE when my ceremony was supposed to be starting. They never bothered to call us to let us know, our photographer called the company to see where they were. After we are loaded on the bus and driving we then find out there is no AC

We used Walkabout Limo for our wedding day. They were organized, on time, and got us exactly where we needed to be during the day. They even took us for a little joy ride when we had some extra time! Our driver also offered to help chauffeur our guests when our shuttle bus service messed up our shuttle and didn’t pick up all of our guests. They were really willing to help make our day run smoothly. Excellent customer service. We highly recommend this company.

I was looking everywhere for an affordable limo service to bring my daughter Laila and her friends to Put Put golf for her birthday. This limo was available on short notice and for a fraction of the cost/size… of the other places I’d called who generally accommodate larger parties only. The quality and cleanliness was on point as well. From the time of my booking to the time the limo dropped me back off to our location, was nothing short of a perfect experience. Katie stayed in touch with me to confirm the locations were going to as well as to make sure I didn't have any other questions. The chauffeur was Wayne and he was excellent. Didn't make us feel like we were a bother for asking to go to other places. We used the services for a bachelor party night out. I highly recommend Walkabout Limo service.

The driver was friendly and all i had to do was text her and she picked us up and we were on to the next location. Laurie was our driver and she was fantastic. Can’t wait to use this service again !

We rented a limo on July 10th in Watkins glen, i was beyond excited and happy with how the day turned out it was absolutely amazing. Rented a limo bus to do a brewery tour. It broke down about 20 minutes into the tour. We sat on the side of the road for over a hour and a half, waiting for the bus to be repaired. The driver was fantastic the entire time, he kept apologizing and trying to keep us updated. One of the owners actually came to help the mechanic. Finally the bus got fixed, most would think the owner would come on board and apologize and check on us. He just left. Planned a bachelor party for one of my best friends for a night of bar crawling in Syracuse. Not being from the area, I went with Walkabout limo after google searching and boy was I glad I did. Carrie, the gal I was in touch with from the day I got the quote was so helpful. Our bus driver Zeke was one of the coolest dudes any of us had ever met! In June I planned a big event with the help of Carrie Curtis. I planned a bachelorette to the Zac Brown Band Concert and time out downtown after. Her customer service was exceptional. She answered several phone calls leading up to the event, helped coordinate special parking passes, and was available the day of when we had a minor glitch. She immediately helped with any and all questions before and on the day off. After the event a guest left her phone in the limo and Carrie went out of her way to make sure it was returned.
