My name is Jeanine. My desire to live healthy came from my struggle with an autoimmune disease. It left me tired, anxious, depressed, and unable to lose weight. After realizing that there was no "magic pill", I completely changed my diet and started a regular workout routine. Strength training, cardio, and yoga is what I began to focus on.
