Services
Choosing a priority shipping method does not guarantee a delivery date from the date of order placement. An order chosen to be shipped 2nd Day Air is not guaranteed to be delivered two days from the date the order was placed. It takes time to process and fill your order. Shipping method only speeds up the actual shipment.
Why spend all the time, energy, and cost to build premium cabinets and furniture only to have doors that warp over time? We sell a line-up of door straighteners that can help mitigate this problem. Investing in a product that will prevent warpage will give you confidence in knowing that your project will last a long time.

I just had the best experience at this shop. I've been looking everywhere for a particular type of kitchen cabinet hardware. The only one I found was special order from the east coast and outside my budget. I decided to drive around to see if I could find local shops to sell it cheaper. Albert at Alema hardware spent about 45 min looking through catalogues with me and showing me samples. In the end he found me a comparable product for about the same price but it looked different. Instead of trying to push the sale he advised me to buy the one I found online. He told me it's important

If it weren't for the fact that this store carries the part I need periodically for my cabinet doors, I wouldn't patronize this business at all. The first time I was at this store, my father and I were dressed in clothes to work around the house in.

When we entered the store, the woman looked at us as if we weren't properly dressed to be in her store. What-she thought we should come in there dressed in an evening gown and a tux and tails?

First, she started to help us, then a man there started helping us and she simply walked away. He was not much more polite than she was

Avoid this store at all costs. They are the rudest and most incompetent retailer I have ever dealt with, including the scam shops in Brooklyn. They aren't helpful at all and when you do reach them they are rude and quite mean. Their main goal is to screw you over, not to make you a happy customer. Avoid.
