Dr Rachel ruined my tooth nr. 19 - it was cemented and then the crown was cut- TWICE. Dr Shah eventually fixed it (the third time) and announced me my tooth will be compromised
Also, dr Rachel and put a filling on my front tooth not good enough for a cow.
At my cleaning dr shah ignored it, pretended there’s nothing wrong and I had exposed dentin, says my new dentist
I had to switch dentists and my new dentist couldn’t believe the notes - they show a lot about the treatment at Brookfield Grimaces.
(I wish I could post the notes- when they say margins closed they could be 1-2mm open .)

Potential patients be warned. Scheduled an appointment with the male dentist because I heard good things about him from family. Person who answered the phone reassured me that the doctor I wanted would be in on Monday when I wanted to schedule my appointment. So I scheduled one for them to check my cavities, clean my teeth and get something out… from being stuck between my teeth after trying tirelessly myself to get it out. MAIN REASON BEING CAVITY CHECK/CLEANING. Came in before my scheduled appointment, waited 15 minutes to be seen and got x-rays, they told me my cleaning would be covered

They are always behind! I'm especially angry today. They told me the latest possible appointment I could have would be 3:30pm. It was extremely difficult to get there as I had two kids in two towns to pick up beforehand after school. I fly over there and I sat until I walked out at 4pm because I was so furious I rushed over there for no good reason. Definitely looking for a new dentist.
