Had insurance with this guy for years. I think they outgrew the notion of customer service because of all the renewals. Always an attitude when you need someone. When we moved it was damn near impossible to transfer our car insurance. It took almost a year to cancel our flood insurance. Emails from Brice Brown were always placing blame elsewhere and rude. The office lost documents and said they were never sent. Stay far away from here. Check out the Yelp reviews.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Natasha. She was polite, knowledgeable and patiently guided me through the entire process of securing the best quote for my renters and personal articles policy. I’m not sure what’s going on here. But they either don’t care or they truly don’t know what’s going on. This place is a joke. I am grateful for the 1-800 people because these people are useless. Not to mention they are rude and don’t call you back. You can’t be rude and incompetent. You have to pick one.

Called and left messages for Wendy to call me back with no response. Finally someone realized it was Alex who was my agent, I did call spoke to her then no responses after many messages. I called and got her but she did not call me. So 2 months no insurance, not a professional company when 2 people couldn't call u with a response. Still no insurance...moving on.
