Getting a quote was quick and painless. Scheduling an appointment was just as easy, and they were able to fit me in on the time and day I requested. Office staff was polite and courteous. I didn't interact with the techs but they did an excellent job in a timely manner. I was in and out within an hour and a half. Definitely recommend their services.

On May 18,2021 I had my Jeep’s glass replaced at southwest auto glass. I called prior to setup an appointment since I was driving from California when my windshield cracked. They were very welcoming when I arrived and were expecting me? When they were done with the repair, I saw that they had cleaned the inside of my Jeep. They also gave me instructions on how to care for the windshield for the next few days. I felt in good hands knowing that if I ever have any issues or need more glass work they would help me out. Never again will I use this place. I had an appt to replace a windshield and I was going to inquire where to park my vehicle and inquire if they had any face masks
since I had forgotten mine. If Not I was going to my home to retrieve it. Barely opened the door and was not afforded the opportunity to ask. I was beginning to ask and was cut off by the guy at the counter and asked to move my vehicle. Ill never use this place again. I had used safelite auto glass in the past and they did an exceptional job. I will be using safelite from now and and recommending they not use southwest auto glass.

This place was a life saver! Had a rock hit my windshield as I was driving through and they were able to replace it and keep me going in the same day! They're efficiency with my windshield was matched with their precautions in keeping everyone healthy! Got my windshield fixed and replaced at Southwest Auto Glass... I can't express the satisfaction after picking up my car the gal at the front desk "Rea"greeted me and assured me they would call as soon as they had information on what I was asking ...As promised I barely got back home before they were already calling I truly appreciate good customer service and care that I received at Southwest Auto Glass on top of it all they were done just over an hour after I dropped my car off!!

Be forewarned; I was told during my initial phone conversation that these guys do the glass work for Camping World, El Paso.
RV dual pane glass. I take it in for repair. Pick it up, get it to the 5th wheel and see it has condensation inside the two panes (besides not being thoroughly cleaned inside the two panes), which is the reason I took it in to begin with. No problem. I take it back on a Friday morning, am told they will get right on it, and call Saturday morning to inquire on the status expecting to pick it up, and am told it won't be ready until Monday. Me being inconvenienced meant

I noticed a tiny crack in my windshield, so I was worried it would get bigger. After an appointment, called Southwest Auto Glass and they were able to get my vehicle right a way. My windshield was repaired in about half an hour. You can still see the where the rock hit the windshield (it's a lot smaller than it was) but at least it won't grow.

If I could rate anything lower than a 1 star - I would. This place did an absolutely terrible and very un-professional job with replacing the windshield on my vehicle. The technician that installed damaged & cut the seal/molding separating the windshield and vehicle and when I brought it up I couldn't even get a response. I was told the manager would contact me and never did, and when I got a hold of them they said they would be happy to fix it as long as I purchased a new molding (HA!) the job was not completed yet when they needed payment boy were they fast. Replaced a windshield with these guys today, and everything went smoothly. Previously set up a mobile service call but decided against it this morning, so I showed up at their location by 8am . No protests whatsoever, they took my car and 48min later the job was completed. Price was competitive, they provide options to meet you at home or work = happy customer.

This place is awesome! My windshield was hit by a rock and got a chip in it. I called ahead and got an appointment within the hour, although they do take walk ins as well. Both the woman and man at the front desk were very nice and helpful and they had me in and out in about 30 mins. Great repair, great service, definitely recommend!
