My wife and I are in the process of buying a home and had Dodson Bros come out and inspect for termites, mainly because there was activity in a neighboring house. Upon inspection, we were told that there was activity and slight damage at the crawl space entry as well as fungus underneath the house. We did not agree and had a second opinion. The second opinion found slight activity in the shed (which we could see) and said that there was nothing else. These people will try to steal your money because they think that most people will just take their word for it. To top it all off, our realtor requested
