We called because our dog got skunked. However it was 10 years of not having the carpets done we decided to do the whole house. I am pleased with the results and no more skunk smell. Jacob was amazing with the service and our animals.

I had my carpets cleaned by a company that offered a 3 room and hall special. When they arrived they wanted more money to pre treat the carpets. I was shocked. They had water on their truck instead of using my available water source. My carpets just didn’t look clean after they left. I called Steam Master to come and look at my carpets. They agreed they were still dirty. They pretreated at no additional cost. They cleaned my carpets with hot steam and fresh city water not water on their truck. They cleaned two more rooms I wouldn’t let the other company clean. I don’t normally leave a review

I would like to tell all about this company, Steam master, and Larry and Cindy, the owners. Both were a great help in setting up the process and in the follow-up process. Couldn't have asked for a better involvement by the owners. The cleaning was perfectly done with no questions or complaints.

BJ just left from cleaning our dog-soiled sectional. We couldn't be happier! We have put this off long enough and didn't realize how stained they had gotten and we were unable to clean anymore with our spot cleaner. BJ was right on time and he ended up staying longer than expected but got the job done. He was very nice and trusting, while following protocols. I highly recommend Steam Master for any of your cleaning needs!
