Almost every driveway or parking lot may allow for one (1) asphalt overlay, which is otherwise known as the resurfacing of an existing driveway or lot. There are also many obvious and sometimes not so obvious circumstances that would require that the driveway or parking lot be dug out and repaved altogether.
A good portion of commercial properties are located on D.O.T. (Department of Transportation) roads. In most cases, this agency requires permits to be pulled in order for work to be performed in their right of way. We are fully insured with adequate commercial liability and worker's compensation as required by law.
1 Is your contractor licensed to perform the work they are proposing? 2 Do they carry the necessary Liability Insurance and Workers Compensation Insurance? 3 Can they provide you with several job site pictures and locations? 4 Have they been in business for several years; dealing with an established company is the only way to be sure that they will be around in case there are any concerns you encounter with your new pavement?
Thank you for thinking of us when choosing a pavement contractor. We would like to offer you some suggestions to help you prolong the life of your new driveway or parking area. Once completed, you should keep vehicles off your driveway for a minimum of 3 days or longer in hotter temperatures.

During the first year to year and a half try not to park in the same spot every time and do not turn your steering wheel side to side when your car is not moving.Blacktop can also be scarred by heavy vehicles, vehicles moving out too fast, pulling in too quickly and basically by making any sharp movements with a vehicle.

I would not hire this person ! He is a ripoff artist Stopped by our house unannounced on a Sunday morning, rang the doorbell and said he would do our driveway, reseal it, that day......my brother, not knowing any better agreed. He charged him an outrageous amount. He had material leftover from a job he was working on nearby. What a big phony. Do not trust him! He does not deserve the one star, but to post this I had to use at least one star.....

BEWARE DO NOT HIRE! I contracted with Asphalt Maintence LLC to do a simple strip and repave of my common driveway and parking lot at my neighbors suggestion since he knew Allan and said he was trustworthy. Nothing could be farther from the truth. Allan acted in collusion with my nieghbor without my knowledge to entirely regrade the parking lot and driveway to circumvent our storm drain and send all of the water onto my side of property creating a severe icing liability in the winter and a flooding problem in my basement apartment. Allan did this without my knowledge and no permits, plans, or approvals
