Over the years, the IT support has been great - efficient and effective. I am always able to connect to a live person when I call in. This year I had an off hours emergency -they got me up and running and saved my event. Recently I needed to relocate my entire office internet switch and patch panel. They handled the project quickly and without hassle. I will continue to use them for service and sales.

I had an issue with my email in Outlook. I called InTech, talked with Chris. He was patient, knowledgeable, calm and efficient. We needed to arrange for a second call to give him time to work on the problem. He called back in the time he said and I was able to share my screen with him and get the problem solved.

I had an intermittent issue with my computer which was difficult to duplicate. The Intech rep walked me through a couple different scenarios until we were able to locate the issue and get it resolved. He was very professional and I was able to get to a representative very quickly.
