I would like to thank Cory at clarks marine. We were purchasing a used manitou tritoon from someone in the area that was originally sold by clarks marine. We are from Iowa. Cory was so helpful with any questions or concerns we had about tritoon and motor. He had also made himself available after hours the day we picked up. Very impressive how far they are willing to go to help someone buying one of their boats from a private seller. Again..thanks for everything.

They’re a bit more expensive than other marinas, but like anything else, you get what you pay for. Always super friendly, their work is awesome, and usually whatever wait time they gave me, I’d have my boat back in half that time. They even came out to the lake a couple times to make adjustments to my boat free of charge. I cannot recommend these guys enough. If you’re having problems with your boat or need parts or anything, Daryl and Cory will definitely take care of you.

STAY AWAY! I rented a boat for a week and returned it on a Thursday. When it was returned we asked the company’s agent “Is everything OK?” He replied “Looks good boys”, and told us to expect our refund the next day. Instead, the company rented the boat the next day to another group and never contacted us or refunded our deposit. Five days after returning the boat I contacted them and was told that the boat was checked in on Sunday (not Thursday), and there were problems with the boat. I can't thank the staff at Clark's enough for their honesty and assistance. I was working on a Suzuki outboard that had not been running in two years. I thought the starter was bad and intended to order a new one. They could have hit me for $500+ and I never would have known the difference. Instead they showed me a work-around, gave me some tips, and we replaced the water pump impeller and gasket for about $35. I have the motor running like a top now.

The person who was handing over the boat can be little more friendly, it was hard to understand and being a new person for boating it is really hard to follow him, we didn’t do any inspection before taking the boat but we were told that propeller was damaged by us and charged for the same. So better be clear on this ....

We bought a new pontoon boat from them early this summer (2020). They got it ready in a couple days and delivered it to us the Thursday before Memorial Day, surely their busiest season of the year. When they found out later that we were eligible for a rebate (we bought an unused 2019, and they initially thought only the 2020s were entitled to the rebate), they credited it to us, rather than try to figure out some way to scam us out of it.

Our group rented the boat, returned it on time and was told that the boat looked fine. They then rented out the boat to others. They've withheld the deposit and refused to submit pictures of the damage before renting it out, insisting we drive (6 hours round trip) to look at the "damage". Since others rented it out, they can not prove our group did anything to it & they have no reason to withhold the deposit.

**scammers** had our boat over 9 months never fixed it they kept lying to us as to why it wasn't fixed , and the only way they even would give it back to us broken is if we paid over 1,000 in parts they supposedly put on it , well we took it to another marina they fixed it right away and said the parts that Clark's "supposedly" put on they lied about because they were broken cut up parts!!! I don't know how they are even in business!
