He helped identify buried oil tanks that would have otherwise cost us thousands of dollars to deal with. I contacted Sunrise due to an unsatisfactory septic inspection received by the buyer while selling my house. I was looking to have Sunrise come out to evaluate and provide a quote. They immediately responded that the tank needed to be replaced for $5500 without having ANY information on the current condition of the tank or coming out to look. When i told him the system was replaced in the last 5 years and asked if it could be repaired without replacing he said he doesn't have time for small repairs. I would be careful that you aren't being sold a replacement in a situation that could be repaired
