Steve and staff are great at what they do! I can't say enough good things about this practice. I only had one dentist my entire life and he retired in 2018. I looked long and hard to find someone that did quality work, was local, ethical and friendly. Steve is exactly who I was looking for. Everything is very clean, professional, meticulous and they are a pleasure to work with. The prices are extremely affordable and fair for the high quality of work they deliver. Dr. Guidone and his entire staff are probably the very very best in all of Southern California . His talent as a dentist and his compassion for you as a human is a lost art . he is a master of his craft. His entire staff are impeccable soldiers of grace and kindness . When I complained to his hygienist and him about a bump on my upper gum below my nostril each time I had my teeth cleaned and also when he replaced a crown on the tooth. He did nothing about it. The crown he replaced was oversized, color mismatched and bulky, but fortunately it exposed another serious problem. So I sought advice from another dentist who referred me to an orthodontist. Found an abcess that had been festering for years that ate away the bone

What an amazing dentist and office staff. I broke a tooth last night. They got me in today. Going to the dentist is a huge fear of mine. I had jaw surgery that went wrong years ago with a horrible infection. Dr. Guidone has made me a believer not to be afraid anymore. He was so comforting and made me feel so comfortable! Thank you Dr. Guidone and staff you are truly amazing! I highly recommend this practice!

Guidone was my dentist for nearly 17 years. Trusted he and his staff. Recently i heard he is in the process of selling his business, so I sought another dentist for a concern of a crown whose color and fit was hitting the lower teeth and chipping. I have brought to the attention of Guidone and his staff the upper front tooth was sore between the upper lip and my nose as well as a molar that was capturing large pieces of food. All of these complaints were not addressed The new dentist referred me to a respected orthodontist in Torrance where it was discovered the tooth was infected and I was going

I love my dentist! How many people can say that?
Dr. Guidone and ALL of his staff are kind, personable and truly experts. They treat you like family.
Leilani the hygienist is excellent and very thorough. Always on- time too!
Dr. Guidone works fast! Once you're in the chair, it's bing-bang-boom! He also does his own root canals.
Can't say enough about all of them, including the office staff. Appointments, billing... they are all spot on and have worked together for DECADES!

How does one know he has found good dentist? The same way one knows he has found a good mechanic? During a checkup you hear something along the lines of "there is nothing wrong". Now days, you rarely hear this, instead dentists and mechanics often push a myriad of high priced useless services.
Dr. Guidone, is one of the few of the dying breed of dentists who is honest and NOT constantly trying to up-sell you veneers, invisalign, botox injections (yes many dentists now do botox injections to make some extra $) and etc.. He is a great dentist with integrity.

I just wanted to write a review about Dr. Guidone. He is the best! I sure most of you have changed dentist many times for many reasons as I have. Well ,I'm done doing that since I have been going to Dr. Guidone for the last year. My wife and I are so happy with his work , and staff and would never go else where. I chose Dr. Guidone's office because of the reviews here about the staff, how friendly and competent they are. I haven't been to a dentist in ten years, so I was very apprehensive.I am so happy! They were absolutely wonderful! From the desk to the dentist, everyone on staff made me feel comfortable and welcome. I never have to look for a dentist again. Highly recommend!

Dr Guidone is the Leonardo da Vinci of the dental arts. He does magnificent work and his staff is wonderful. Normally, I don' t write reviews, but he is so exceptional I felt I had to chime in. I am also a big baby when it comes to dental work, so it is very important for me find someone who creates a totally pain-free experience.

Dr. Guidone is one of the best dentist I've ever encountered. He extracted my wisdom teeth in under 1hour. He was so patient with me and he thoroughly explained everything throughout the procedure. I recommend him should you need any wisdom teeth extracted. Also, his office is high tech. I was impressed with X-Ray machine. It was quick an easy. No need to take several bite down X-rays. It was almost like a 3-dimensional X-ray machine.
Last but not least, Dr. Guidone has an exceptional staff. They are wonderful and very welcoming. A great office staff makes a dentist visit very pleasant.

Dr. Guidone is amazing as is his whole staff. They're all incredbly helpful. Leilani (I hope I spelled her name right!) has been cleaning my teeth for YEARS. She is so thorough and always makes sure I get the toothpaste flavor I want (I hate mint). Read my previous review about how great he is!
I just wanted to add that Dr. Guidone did my wisdom teeth removal and it was probably the best experience I could have had. I did NOT want to be put out for my surgery and he is one of the last remaining doctors that does the surgery under local anesthetic, meaning awake. He was incredibly gentle

I have been looking for a good dentist for awhile after growing up with the same one that made me feel homey. I had my first check-up at Dr. Guidone's office and I must say it was definitely what I was looking for! His staff is SUPER, SUPER friendly. They were so welcoming as soon as I stepped in and made all the logistics go smoothly.
I usually dislike going to the dentist but my entire experience at this office was a great one. I had gone once to another office in Manhattan beach prior to finding this one on yelp. I went once and never went back as I didn't feel the atmosphere was

Had the most wonderful experience yesterday at Steve Guidone's office yesterday, I guess that would make my visit about the 200th visit to his office. I have been a patient of his for over 18 years and he is the real deal. He has helped me on countless occasion, from a crown to a tongue tied situation, really! He is knowledgable and really cares for the patient as well as the materials and methods he uses. I would call him a modern dentist who has the know how and information to stay current with the newest products. Beside a great location in El Segundo, his in house team is one of the nicest

Well of course Mark T "nasty mouth" wouldn't want his decayed grill shown to a professional - it'll reflect the truth. Brush your teeth & you won't be in the pickle you put yourself in. If I lied in a yelp review, I'd cite HIPAA to keep the truth hidden too Mark :-)

If it wasn't for Dr. Guidone I probably wouldn't have a Dentist. I have been seeing him for over 20 years and I am very happy that he is now in El Segundo. The parking is now hassle free & meter free! He is definitely the best dentist around. He does excellent work, explains everything and his staff is great too! (Especially Leilani :-))

I wrote a review for another dentist on here that tried to scam me into having 9 fillings I didnt need!!!!! How scary is that?! I wont say her name, but look up the review if you're curious. I'm SO happy I never went to her in the end since she would've made holes in my teeth just to make money. The first thing that women's assistant told me when she saw me was my teeth were in bad shape. I felt something was wrong because I have only had dentists my whole life tell me my teeth are good.
So, after much asking around and referrals I finally

A real dental artist! I was a bad girl growing up and not very good about brushing which resulted in quite a few cavities as a kid! Every single filling I've ever had done by Steven Guidone has been perfect and beautiful. He is also really quick so you're under the drill for less time, which is great for a drill hater like myself.
The staff is very sweet and professional! I come in for a regular cleaning every six months and my dental hygienists always do a great, gentle cleaning! Did I add that I get a new tooth brush, travel size toothpaste, and floss every time I come in for a cleaning
