Rich is very knowledgeable in real estate matters, and will give you excellent counsel. The team (Maria M. and Maria S.) around Rich works diligently to turn around a deal in a timely manner. They have fixed charges too for their service, so there are no surprises. Richard walked me through the sale of my home last week (10/2013). He was highly recommended to me by someone whom I trust, however I was still anxious about how things would go since I have used "highly recommended" lawyers in the past who did very little work and offered the following advice, "tell me what you'd like to do," and when I asked for their thoughts/input/guidance all I got was, "it's your call."
